Special meeting of the City Commission was called to order by h?ayor H. P.
Pfeiffer, with the following members present: Commissioners Brown, Boyle,
Lawler and Osborn, City Attorney Pitman and City Clerk Frank G. Baker.
Also present zrrere Rev. Bob Thompson, Joe Dunhar,: and Doug Bcyle.
Mayor Pfeiffer asked R.ev. Bob Thompson to Dive the invocation before opening
the meeting.

fl~iayor Pfeiffer stated that tree results of the election had been carefully
checked by the election Judge and clerks, and asked the City Clerk if he
could certify that he also had checked tre results of the election with
the Judge and clerks. The City Clerk stated that he coula..

The City Canmission then declared H. P. Pfeiffer elected to the office of
R+Is,,vor for a term of two years, and Tom Osborn and. S"V.A. Stabs elected. to
the offices of Commissioners for a. term of two years, and Dennis Dunham
and Odell Brown elected to the offices of Commissioners for a term of one
year. They also declared the Charter Amendment unanimously approved.

read. The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as follows:
