Special meeting of the City C~~i;~.ission was cslled to order by I~Zayor H, P. Pfeiffer,
with the follo~.~_ng members present: Cammi.ssic~ners ~3rown, Dunham, Osborn and
Stabs, Supt. ~F~,~. yrthur, and CitJ Clerk I'ra.nk G.F3aker.
I:~Zayor Pfeiffer asked the Commission. to discuss the a11a1Ar?.nces and changes on City
Hall ry-ith f:~oore & I~Zoore, anc? aJ_so allowances and changes on'~re Station. It was
suggested. to defer arr,~ action until the Commission can talk to the Enineer.
Rsa~Tor Pfeiffer asked that the Commissioners present their budgets. The Rfayor
asked the individual Commissioners to recheck their budgets and come back ;vith
a realistic budget vr'nich Vrill meet the income of the 1960-61 budget.
RFotion by Dunham, second. by Stabs, that Dan Kennedy be employed as Pool I;~ana.ger,
effective It4ay 30, 1960, a.t a salary of X400.00 per month,

Llotion by Dunham, second by I3ro•~z, that the action taken ors I~Zay 20th, in regard
to employment of Jack Jackson as Pool h~Tan2ger, be rescinded.
Carried.
T~~oti'on by Dunham, second by Stabs, t'r.at Betty rtVessendorf be employed as a life
guard at x$1.25 per hour, when the pool opens, to work 9 hours per day, 6 d.a.ys
per week.
Carried.
AZotion by Dunham, second by Osburri, t:~~at Commissioner Dunham be authorized to
purchase list of pool furniture, in the amount of X521.88, plus P. Ii . s~lstem,
costing approximately ~~100.00.
Carried.
