MINUTES - SPECIAL MEE"I'ING
LA PORTE CITY COMP'IISSION - SEPTEMBER 28, 1960
Mayor Pfeiffer called the special meeting to order with the following
members present: Commissioners Dunham, Osburn, Stabs and Brown, Attorney
Pitman and City Clerk Baker.
r+Iotion by Dunham, second by Stabs, that the City pay ~ of the cost of
the plaque at swimming pool, Wyatt Hedrick to pay the other half.
Carried.
Motion by Dunham, second by Stabs, that the City send a mower out to the
National Guard Armory and cut grass around building.
Carried.
Motion by Sta bs, second by Brown, that Rud ell Phillips be employed as
Patrolman, with salary of X40.00 per month.
Carried.
Meeting adjourned.
