orized to proceed to compile preliminary estimated cost to put the disposal
plant in good shape and meet the CityTs needs and report back to the Commi°sion.

The contract Vrith 1~Ir. Martin was discussed at length, avid Commmi_ssioner .~anham
asked ~•x. ~Zartin if Ye would be in~c,erested in rebidding the slab, and r~'. %~artin
stated that he was not interested in the work any more, and left.
Street lights were dis cussed and Commissioner Brown will contact the ligrit
and po~~rer and report back to Co^unission as to cost and location.
