Hedrick be auth- orized to proceed to compile preliminary estimated cost to put the disposal plant in good shape and meet the CityTs needs and report back to the Commi°sion. Carried. ?s. Martin was discussed at length, avid Commmi_ssioner .~anham asked ~•x. ~Zartin if Ye would be in~c,erested in rebidding the slab, and r~'. %~artin stated that he was not interested in the work any more, and left.
