l~iayor Pfeiffer called the Special meeting to order with the following present:
Commissioners Brown, Dunham, Osborn and Stabs, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker.
Motion by Dunham, second by Brown, that Ordinance 1Vo. 621 be adopted on first
reading, as read in full, 5:50 P. M. The caption of such adopted ordinance
