Mayor Pfeiffer called the special meeting to order with the following mem-
bers present: Commissioners Dunham, Osburn, Brown and Stabs, Attorney C. L,
Pitman and City Clerk Frank G. Eaker.
Also present was Chester Rogers (Press).
Motion by Dunham, second by Osburn, that Ordinance AJo. 62 j, which was read
' at 'length, be adopted on final reading. The caption of such adopted or-
dinance reads as folloz•rs;

Motion by Brown, second by Stabs, that Ordinance No. 62t~, which was read
at length, be adopted on first reading. The caption of such adopted
