1. Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 4, MINUTES READ
1963 and minutes of Special Meeting, dated November 19, 1963
were read and approved.

2. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded APPROVAL OF
by Commissioner Baker, that the following Purchase Orders PURCHASE ORDERS
as submitted, by City Engineer Carlos Smith be approved;
except that materials listed on Purchase Order No. 420
shall be ordered only as needed. Mofion carried.

3. Commissioner Baker. made a motion, seconded by
Commissioner Shepherd, that the following Accounts Payable
be approved for payment. Motion carried.

4. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
Commissioner Baker, that the City Clerk be authorized fo FOR 1964 POLICE
accept bids on a new Police Patrol Car, that such bids to be PATROL UNIT
submitted to the City Clerk not later than 5:00 p. m., Decem-
ber 13, 1963. Acceptance of bids to be advertised in news-
paper in accordance with City Charter. Motion carried.

5. Commissioner Baker made a motion, seconded by APPROVAL OF REPAIR
Commissioner Shepherd, that porposed mechanical work on WORK ON F~LICE
Police Card in the approximate amount of one hundred six UN/T
dollars, (~ 106.00) be approved. Motion carried.

6. Motion made by Commissioner Baker, seconded by AUTHORIZATION TO
Commissioner Shepherd, that statement submitted by City PAY C. L. PITMAN
Attorney C. L. Pitman in the amount of five hundred twenty- FOR FILING DELIN-
eight dollars and seventy-five cents, (~` 528.75) be approved QUENT TAX SUITS.

7. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded APPROVAL OF ADMIN-
by Commissioner Stabs, that Administrative Memorandum No. 9, ISTRATIVE MEMO #9
dated November 19, 1963, subject "Office Procedure in Collecttng
and Receipting of Delinquent Taxes", as submitted by City
Administrator Clovis D. Mann, be approved for issuance. Motion
carried.
