Pfeiffer, Commissioners W. A. Stabs, Jr., Tom Osburn, Frank Baker, and Russell Shepherd. MEMBERS OF COMMISSION ABSENT: None. OTHERS PRESENT: John Kiibler, Jr.; Clovis D. Mann, City Clerk; N. Carlos Smith, City Engineer. PRESIDING: Mayor N. P. Pfeiffer. « * ~ A motion was made by Commissioner Shepherd, seconded by Commissioner Baker, and carried, that the request of the City of Seabrook for permission to annex certain Territory be granted, and the City of La Porte does hereby extend its permisston to the City of Seabrook, Texas, to annex the property in Harrts County, Texas, described in the field notes attached to and made a part of this motion as fully as if incorporated at length herein.
