MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION PRESENT: Mayor E. A. Thomas,
Commissioners C. D. Christensen, I. J. Kibodeaux,
A. Uel Price and C. D. Boyle.
MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ABSENT: None.
OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Larry L. Broussard,
• Director of Finance.
PRESIDING: Mayor Thomas.

1. Mayor Thomas stated under Section 2 (e) Executive Session
of Article 6252-17 VATS, the Commission called to discuss
would meet in Executive Session to discuss personnel matters

Motion by Commissioner Price, seconded by Meeting ad3ourned
Commissioner Christensen that the meeting
be adjourned. Motion carried by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux,
Price and Boyle.
NAYS: None.
