MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION PRESENT: Mayor E. A. Thomas,
Commissioners C. D. Christensen, I. J. Kibodeaux,
A. Uel Price and C. D. Boyle.
MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ABSENT: None.
OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Larry L. Broussard,
• Director of Finance.
PRESIDING: Mayor Thomas.

1. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Thomas.
Mayor explained the meeting was called for
an executive session to discuss personnel
matters and under Section 2(e) of Article
6252-17 VATS, the Commission would meet
in Executive Session.
The special meeting of the Commission was
reconvened at 9:56 p.m.

Christensen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Price and
Boyle.
• NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Kibodeaux.
