Hudgens SUBJECT: Side lot line variance - Lot 9, Block 8, Creekmont Subdivision On February 21, 1980, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered and approved for recommendation to Council the ap- proval of the above requested variance. The variance request was necessitated due to a drafting error on the final plat. Lot 9 is a corner lot and the draftsman inadvertently placed a 25 feet side lot set back line on the plat instead of a 10 feet set back. I feel confident that Council has previously discussed this variance, but the staff cannot find any record of Council action in the Council minutes. Therefore, I, along with the Planning and Zoning Commission, recommend that Council grant a variance to the set back line as shown on the final plat of Creekmont Subdivision, Section 1, Block 8, Lot 9, allowing for a 10 feet side lot line ens JRH/cb .. 3 `'s • ~'~ . ~ ~ ~ CITY OF ~ PORTE ~_ ;~ PHONE (7131 471.5020 • P.
