2. A JOINT MEETING OF THE LA PORTE CITY COUNCIL AND THE SEABROOK
CITY COUNCIL TO HEAR PRESENTATION BY H.D.R. ON SOLID WASTE
3. DISCUSS RESIDENTIAL HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION
4. DISCUSS REQUEST OF FAA FOR CITY TO REVISE AIRPORT MASTER PLAN
5. HEAR AND DISCUSS PROPOSED LEGISLATION CONCERNING LANDS WHICH
SHOULD BE EXCLUDED FROM THE CLEAR LAKE CITY WATER AUTHORITY
6. CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - STREET PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City
of La Porte will meet in Special Called Workshop Session at
6:00 P.M. on the 13th day of April, 1983, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas. A
copy of the agenda for said meeting showing the subjects of such
meeting is attached hereto.
I hereby certify that I posted this notice on the bulletin
board located at a place convenient to the public in the City
Hall of the City of La Porte, at 5:00 P.M. on the 8th day of
April, 1983, and that such notice was posted for at least the
three days preceding the day of the meeting, that this notice
was posted before the meeting was convened, or called to order,
and that such meeting was called because of an emergency of
urgent public necessity.
