MINUTES OF THE EMERGENCY MEETING OF
LA PORTE CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 6, 1990
1. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Malone at 7:00 P.M.
Members of City Council Present: Mayor Norman Malone,
Councilpersons Guy Sutherland, Mike Cooper, Ed Matuszak, Alton
Porter, B. Don Skelton, Jerry Clarke
Members of City Council Absent: Councilpersons Bob
McLaughlin, Deotis Gay
Members of City Staff Present: City Manager Bob Herrera, City
Secretary Cherie Black
2. Council adjourned into executive session at 7:05 P.M. under
V.A.T.S. - Article 6252-17, Section 2(E) (Legal) to receive
a report from the City Manager regarding strategy for the EPA
meeting on November 13. Council returned to the table at 8:45
P.M.
3. There being no further business to come before the Council,
the meeting was duly adjourned at 8:46 P.M.
