Staff is recommending that a Public Hearing for the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Proposed Budget be held on Monday, September 21,2009, at a Special Called meeting of the City Council to begin at 6:00 p.m. ended date of September 21,2009, for the Public Hearing on the City's FY Bud t.
