Members Present: Deotis Gay, Martha Love, Steve Valerius Members Absent: Roy Baldwin, David Brady, Peter Griffiths, Brian Moore, Pat Muston, Chester Pool, Imogene Pulleine, John Tomerlin, Betty Waters, John Paul Zemanek City Staff Present: Doug Kneupper, Masood Malik, Peggy Lee I. Call to Order. Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Chairperson Steve Valerius. II. Consider Approval of March 17, 1999, Minutes.
Motion by Martha Love to approve the March 17, 1999, Minutes. Second by Steve Valerius. Deotis Gay abstained.
Chairperson Valerius read a letter of resignation from Steve Wigginton, who is being transferred to Wilmington, Delaware.
Due to lack of a quorum, no other business was conducted. III. Receive Citizen Comments. IV. Review Utility Infrastructure Systems Element.
V. Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
