I. Call to Order.
Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Vice-Chairperson Betty Waters. II. Consider Approval of June 10, 1999, Minutes. Motion by Pat Muston to approve the June 10, 1999, Minutes. Second by Martha Love. Minutes approved as presented. III. Receive Citizen Comments.
No citizens addressed the Commission. IV. Review Implementation Plan. Bret Keast stated that the Implementation Plan is the last major chapter the Commission will be
reviewing. A couple smaller chapters will be forthcoming. They are the “Introduction” and “Community Vision” chapters. It was suggested that the “Responsible Agency Abbreviations” listed on Page 13-87 be duplicated or moved to Page 13-7. Some of the responsible agencies listed for each action are incorrect and should be changed to reflect the correct responsible agency. V. Discuss Upcoming Meeting Dates. The next meeting will be a Town Meeting. A recommendation was made to have the Chairperson, Steve Valerius, make the opening presentation at the Town Meeting. Staff and the consultant will
coordinate to schedule a date. VI. Adjourn
Vice Chairperson Waters adjourned the meeting at 8:05 PM.
