[Lorenzo Wingate, City Engineer] The Committee made clear that grant applications were not forfeited until the City began to procure services for the projects. Due to the experience of the last twenty years, the Committee concluded, it was appropriate to move forward with an item on tonight's Council agenda to fund the top three priority projects but also entertained waiting up to the second quarter of 2020 to see if grant funds became available.
