Minutes from February 15, 2011
`eeting held at Fire Administration - 124 South 2nd St, La Porte, Texas.
Members present - Dottie Kaminski, Robert, Eldridge, Danny Campise, Paul Hickenbottom, Tom Dye, and
Rick Guzman
City Employees present: Fire Chief Mike Boaze, Assistant Fire Chief Donald Ladd, Fire Dept Administrative
Assistant Tammy Kannarr
Others present - City of La Porte Attorney Knox Askins,
Danny Campise called the meeting to order @ 5:30pm.
Minutes were read, motion to approve minutes by Paul Hickenbottom second by Tom Dye. Minutes accepted.
Motion was made by Paul Hickenbottom to accept Resolution 2011 -2, seconded by Danny Campise, all in
favor, motion passed.
There was discussion about the meeting for canvassing the election. How and when the Fire Control,
Prevention, and Emergency Services District would go into effect if it passes.
Meeting for May 23, 2011 at 5:30pm at City Hall was set by a motion from Robert Eldridge, seconded by
Johnny Jones, all in favor, motion passed.
motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Tom Dye and seconded by Robert Eldridge. The motion carried,
meeting adjourned @ 5:50pm
