minutes from April 09, 2015 Meeting
Meeting held at fire Training facility - Members present at meeting include Michael
McPhail, David Stiefel, and Gary Crager. Chairman called the meeting to order (a), 18:36.
The minutes were read from the previous meeting Nov 18, 2014. A motion to approve
the minutes was made by Michael McPhail, and seconded by David Stiefel. The motion
carried.
Reviewed Department Pension Roster: Termination of inactive members
The pension roster was reviewed.
Certification of pension roster: (Membership Reconciliation Report)
A motion to approve the pension roster (membership Reconciliation report) was made by
David Stiefel and seconded by Michael McPhhil. The motion carried.
Review of Pension Contribution Charges:
A discussion was held no motion made.
Discussion andConsideration of Benefit Claims.
No new claims.
A motion to adjourn the meeting made by Michael McPhail, and seconded by Gary
Crager The motion carried, meeting adjourned @ 18:56
