Minutes from August 5,2015 Meeting
Meeting held at Fire Training Facility-Members present at meeting include Michael
McPhail,David Stiefel,Tom Dye and Gary Crager.Chairman called the meeting to order
@ 18:08.
The minutes were read from the previous meeting July 9,2015. A motion to approve the
minutes was made by Michael McPhail,and seconded by David Stiefel.The motion
carried.
Reviewed Department Pension Roster:Pension roster reviewed and updated(members)
Certification of pension roster: (Membership Reconciliation Report)discussion was
held,no motion made.
Review of Pension Contribution Charges: A discussion was held no motion made.
Discussion and Consideration of Benefit Claims:Retirement benefit claim for Edward
David Kostelnik.A motion was made by Tom Dye and seconded by Michael McPhail,
motion carried.
Motion made to adjourn the meeting made by Michael McPhail,and seconded by David
Stiefel. The motion carried,meeting adjourned @ 18:20
