Minutes from August 24,2015 Meeting
Meeting held at Fire Station 1 -Members present at meeting include Michael McPhail,
David Stiefel,Johnny Jones,Tom Dye and Gary Crager.Chairman called the meeting to
order @ 18:12.
The minutes were read from the previous meeting August 5,2015. A motion to approve
the minutes was made by Johnny Jones,and seconded by David Stiefel.The motion
carried.
Reviewed Department Pension Roster:Done last meeting.
Certification of pension roster:Done last meeting.
Review of Pension Contribution Charges: Done last meeting.
Discussion and Consideration of Benefit Claims:Retirement benefit claim for Johnny
Jones.A motion was made by David Stiefel,and seconded by Michael McPhail,Johnny
Jones Abstained from voting,motion carried.
Other business:A discussion was held on how many hours are needed to make pension
requirement$.
Motion made to adjourn the meeting made by Michael McPhail,and seconded by David
Stiefel. The motion carried,meeting adjourned @ 18:25.
