MINUTES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEETING
JANUARY 10, 1992
The meeting was called to order by Walter Springall on January 10,
1991, at the Houston Yacht Club. All members of the Board were
present.
Guests were Councilmember wives, Mayor and wife and City Manager
and wife.
Members were addressed by the Mayor and City Manager on the good
job done. They proposed monies in the Board's account be
transferred to the City ($10,000.00). Motion was made by Bob White
to do so.
The motion was amended by Buddy Felscher to transfer the C.D. with
interest accrued going to Council checking account and money to be
spent by City to develop new business. The motion passed, all
members voting yes.
The City Manager addressed the Board about its organization in view
of new regulations. The Board voted to remain as is, with present
members and officer. All members voting yes.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
