Sirs:
I understand that my previous appearance before this
Commission was not reflected in the minutes along with my
comments regarding the proposed plat for Fairmont Park West,
Section 2.
•
Therefore, the following comments on the proposed plat
for Section 4, Fairmont Park are submitted in written form:
1) This Section was the subject of an Annexation Agree-
ment submitted to the Home Association which was rejected.
The Commission should be aware of the impact of this decision.
The City will be responsible for garbage collection,
enforcement of deed restrictions, and all other major services
provided by the Association.
2) The Fairmont Park swimming pool facilities will not
be available to Section 4 residents.
3) No Park Area is designated in the Section 4 plat.
4) The Association will not be reviewing plans for con-
formance with restrictions.
5) Access to Section 4 should be from Spencer Highway
not Farrington Blvd. as~this will result in excessive traffic
flow on Belfast and Carlow.
