Per ordinance, no rezoning is required, <br />if no sales office on site. Mr. Robert K. Focvler requested <br />a letter f:'rom the commission. <br />Discussed request of Dan Mathews to build temporary split <br />rail fencaLng in front of model homes in Fairmont Park. <br />Motion was made to reject his request, seconded, and passed. <br />Considered approving preliminary plat of Fairmont Par~:c West, <br />• Section 5. Motion was made to pass the preliminary plat as <br />submitted, seconded, and passed. <br />Considered) request of Rachel Hampton for a variance for a <br />second living unit home to be built on Lots 14;15, and 16, <br />Block 155.
