Minutes from October 9, 2025 Meeting
Meeting held at Fire Station 1. Members present at meeting were Chris Pettis, Cody Haas,
Richard Laird, Tyler McElroy, Corby Alexander and Andy Smith. Chairman called the meeting
to order @ 18:03.
The minutes from the August 21, 2020 meeting were read. A motion to approve the minutes was
made by Chris Pettis and seconded by Tyler McElroy. The motion carried.
Review of department pension roster: N/A
Acceptance of new members: N/A
Termination of inactive members: N/A
Review of pension contribution charges;
Other Business: Pension board reviewed and discussed adding shift model to our requirements to
qualify for pension, and to add more members to the department. Board gave there support but
did not vote on topic till a policy is completed.
A motion to adjourn the meeting made by Tyler McElroy and seconded by Chris Pettis. The
motion carried, meeting adjourned @ 18:20.
