NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals addressed to the City of Mont Belvieu will
be received at the Mont Belvieu City Hall, 1 Town Center, Mont
Belvieu, Texas 77580, attention Allison Dunning, City Secretary:
Brickyard, until 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Bids will, immediate-

yard MDU Project. The project includes the interior placement of
micro-duct and fiber from designated D-Marc termination boxes

This shall be the bidder's sole point of contact in all matters related
to the project. Any attempt by bidder to obtain information related to
the project by any other means shall be considered bidder miscon-
duct and is basis for bidder disqualification.
Award of this contract will be based on the best-value competitive
