City of Seabrook Request for Qualifications Project #2022-08Engineering Services for Projects under ARPA Funding
The City of Seabrook is receiving funds from the American Rescue Plan (ARP Act) pro-gram from the U.S. Department of Treasury. Accordingly, the City of Seabrook is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Firm to prepare all pre-liminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. These services are being solicited to assist the City in its preparation and project implementation of ARP Act contract(s), to support eligible activities in the City of Seabrook.
Please electronically submit your proposal in .pdf format via Public Purchase and/or sub-mit your proposal to the address below on a thumb drive with two (2) copies of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the fol-lowing address: Attn: Kathy Hill, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, TX 77586. Sealed Statements of Qualifications for Pine Gully Pier Engineering Services, Seabrook Project No. 2022-09 will be received until 2:00 PM on April 28, 2022 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Kathy Hill, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. NOTICE is hereby given that the Seabrook City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. during the regular City Council meeting scheduled for that date to consider an amendment of the land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of impact fees. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update. A copy of the plan is available for review in the city secretary’s office during regular business hours.
