OF THE LA PORTE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
ON REPLAT REQUEST #22-97000002
Notice is hereby given that the La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on the 16th day of June, 2022, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, in accordance with the provisions in Section 106-171 of the City of La Porte Code of Ordinances and the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on Replat #22-97000002, re-quested by Cathy Fontenot of Survey 1, Inc., applicant; on behalf of Clarence Morgan Family Living Trust, owner; for the proposed Partial Replat of Lot 459 La Porte Outlots, a 4.95-acre replat located at 10415 N. H St. and legally described as Lot 459, La Porte Out-lots, Harris County, Texas.
Following the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission will act upon the public hearing item and conduct other matters pertaining to the Commission.
Citizens wishing to address the Commission pro or con during the public hearing are re-quired to sign in before the meeting is convened.
A quorum of City Council members may be present and participate in discussions during this meeting; however, no action will be taken by the Council.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, The City of La Porte will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending public meetings. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on SCUP Request #22-91000003, a request by Jennifer Curtis, on behalf of Shannon Wiespape, applicant, along with Dutko Family Partnership Ltd, owner; for approval of a SCUP to allow for a Single Family Resi-dential development in the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district, on a 107.2- acre tract of land located at the southeast corner of McCabe Road and State Highway 146; legally described as Tracts 5F, 5F-1, 8, 8A, 9B, 10, 11, 49 & 49A, Abstract 30, W P Harris Survey, Harris County, Texas.

TO THE REGISTERED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF SEABROOK, TEXAS: Section 1. Notice.
Notice is hereby given that a General Runoff Election shall be held in the City of Seabrook, Texas, on the 11th day of June 2022, at which election there shall be submitted to the resident qualified voters of the City, for their action thereon, the following: A General Runoff Election to elect a City Council At-Large Position 1,with term ending May 2026
Section 2. Polling Place/Time of Election. The polls on Runoff Election Day, June 11, 2022 shall be open for voting from seven o’clock (7:00) a.m. until seven o’clock (7:00) p.m. on the first floor of Sea brook City Hall, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, TX 77586.
Section 3. Early Voting by Personal Appearance.
The City Secretary is the Early Voting Clerk who shall conduct early voting in accordance with the Texas Election Code and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seabrook.
Early voting by personal appearance shall be held in the Seabrook City Hall, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas
Section 4. Early Voting by Mail.
Applications for ballots by mail shall be sent by mail or in person to Robin Lenio, Early Voting Clerk, Seabrook City Hall, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586, OR by email at rlenio@seabrooktx.gov. The last day for receiving applications for a ballot to be voted by mail shall be Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. In addition, in-person delivery of a mail ballot to the early voting clerk shall be accepted on election day, pursuant to Texas Election Code, Section 86.006.
