Application and Draft Permit. Kuraray America, Inc., 11414 Choate Rd, Pasadena, TX 77507-1730, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a renewal of Federal Operating Permit (herein referred to as Permit) No. O3011, Application No. 35718, to authorize operation of the Septon Business Unit, a Plastics Material and Resin Manufacturing facility.
