NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGOF THE LA PORTE CITY COUNCIL
ON SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (SCUP) REQUEST #22-91000003
Notice is hereby given that the La Porte City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on the 27th day of June, 2022, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fair-mont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, in accordance with the provisions in Section 106-171 of the City of La Porte Code of Ordinances and the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on SCUP Request #22-91000003, a request by Jennifer Curtis, on behalf of Shannon Wiespape, applicant, along with Dutko Family Partnership Ltd, owner; for approval of a SCUP to allow for a Single Family Resi-dential development in the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district, on a 107.2- acre tract of land located at the southeast corner of McCabe Road and State Highway 146; legally described as Tracts 5F, 5F-1, 8, 8A, 9B, 10, 11, 49 & 49A, Abstract 30, W P Harris Survey, Harris County, Texas.
Following the public hearing, the City Council will act upon the public hearing item and conduct other matters pertaining to the Council. Citizens wishing to address the Council pro or con during the public hearing are required to sign in before the meeting is convened.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, The City of La Porte will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending public meetings. Notice is hereby given that the La Porte City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on the 27th day of June, 2022, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fair-mont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, in accordance with the provisions in Section 106-171 of the City of La Porte Code of Ordinances and the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on Zone Change Request #22-92000009, a request by Staci Trahan an Sidney Espinoza Jr., applicant and owner, for approval of a zone change from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Residential Large Lot (LLD), on a 1.22-acre tract of land located at 11007 Houston Drive; legally described as Lots 21-26, Block 2 and Reserve B Block 12, Battleground Estates, Harris County, Texas.
Following the public hearing, the City Council will act upon the public hearing item and conduct other matters pertaining to the Council.
