Sealed Request for Proposals for 2024-04, HVAC Maintenance at City Hall, Public Works, Seabrook Fire Station, Pine Gully Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Community House, Seabrook Project No. 2024-04 will be received until 10:00 AM on May 16, 2024, by the Purchasing Coordinator, Gerald Pierce, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. Bids must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforemen-tioned time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late bids will be accepted. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchas-ing Coordinator, Gerald Pierce, through email at gpierce@seabrooktx.gov.
RFPs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. To submit an RFP electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFP 2024-04 can be accessed for electronic submission. *A Pre-bid Conference/Facilities Tour is scheduled 2:00 PM 04/25/2024 to discuss the City’s requirements under this RFP. While attendance is at the discretion of the BIDDER, BIDDERS who do not attend will be deemed to have attended and to have received the information provided at that time.
Until final award of the Contract, City of Seabrook reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities or technicalities, to re-advertise, or to proceed to do the Work otherwise when in the best interest of the City of Seabrook.

Notice is hereby given that the La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on the 2nd day of May 2024, at City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, in accordance with the provisions in Section 106-171 of the City of La Porte Code of Ordinances and the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code.
