Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Benefits Board
Meeting held on October 3, 2024
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:01PM by Matt Hartleib
2. Member Roll Call
Present: Clark Askins, Aaron Corrales, Sherri Ditrich, Michael Dolby, Martha Gillett, Matt Hartleib, and
Charles Montgomery
3. Consider approval of minutes from the September 26, 2024 meeting
Charles Montgomery made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Michael Dolby seconded.
All in favor; motion passed.
4. Review, discuss, and take possible action on Post -65 Medicare Plan — HUB International
Charles Montgomery made a motion to recommend a partnership with RetireeFirst as advocates for
the Post -65 Retirees and to move to United Healthcare for the Post -65 Medicare Advantage plan.
5. Administrative Reports
Matt Hartlieb gave notice to the board of the upcoming Wellness Fair on October 10, 2024, the
Open Enrollment period, and new board member, Haley Bowers, pending City Council approval.

None.
