Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Benefits Board
Meeting held on May 20, 2024
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 2:03PM by Matt Hartleib
2. Member Roll Call
Present: Clark Askins, Aaron Corrales, Michael Dolby, Matt Hartleib, and Donna O'Conner.
Absent: Charles Montgomery
3. Consider approval of minutes from the November 6, 2023 meeting
Donna O'Conner made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Michael Dolby seconded.
All in favor; motion passed.
4. 2023 Plan Performance Review — HUB International
Julian Fontana from HUB International presented a 2023 plan review.
5. Administrative Reports
• Matt Hartleib provided an update on the vacant positions on the board;
• Matt will share the monthly claims reports with the board;
• Budget has started and will give a presentation to City Council on the benefit plans
6. Board Comments
None.
7. Adjournment
Meeting was adjourned at 2:55PM by Matt Hartleib
