NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE
LA PORTE CITY COUNCIL
AT CONSOLIDATION ELECTION TOWN HALLS
Notice is hereby given of a possible quorum of the L-1 Porte City Council tt any of
the following three town halls regarding the May 2, 2026, upcoming consolidation
election to be held in the Cities of La Porte, Texas, and Shoreacres, Texas_
February 10, 2026, at 6=30 p_m_ at La Porte City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway
March 24, 2026, at 6=30 p_m_ at Brookglen Community Center, 3324 Somertc n
April S, 2026, at 6=30 p_m_ at Jennie Riley Community Center, 322 North 4tn Street
Members of the public are welcome to attend to listen, ask questions, and receive factual
information on the election for a proposed consolidation of the Cities of La Porte and
Shoreacres at any of the town halls.
SHOULD A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL ATTEND, NO E>EL113ERATION OR
FORMAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AT ANY OF THESE EVENTS_
