NOTICE is hereby given of the joint meeting of the i.a Porte Redevelopment Authority and Ea Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone
to be held Thursday,April 9,2026,at 6:00 p-rn-in the City Council Chambers at City Hall,604 West Fairmont Parkway,La Porto,
Texas open to the public, to consider, discuss, and adopt such orders, resolutions or motions, and take direct actions as may be
necessary,convenient,or desirable,with respect to the following matters:
