Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Fire Control, Prevention, and EMS E3istrict Board of
E)iractors to be held on Juna 16, 2026, at 6=00 p.m_ at the Fire Administration Building, 125 South 3rd
Street, La Porter, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items_ All agenda items
are subject to action-
1_ CALL TO ORDER
2_ CITIZEN COMMENT
(Genera//y /invited to five minutes per person,- in accordance with state /aw, the time may be
reduced if there is a /sigh number of speakers or other considerations.)
3_ APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approve the minutes of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical
Services Board of [[Directors meeting that was held on June 17, 2025-
4- PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSECI FY2026-2027 ESQ BUDGET
The La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services IJistrict Board of
F>irectors will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed annual budget of the La Porte
Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services IJistrict for the fiscal year which
begins October 1, 2026.
5_ PROPOSES ANNUAL BUE>GET FOR THE 2026-2027 FISCAL YEAR
Consider approval or other actions regarding the proposed annual budget of the La Porte
Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services [District for the fiscal year which
begins October 1, 2026.
6_ BOARD COMMENTS
Hear announcements concerning items of community interest; and/or inquiries of staff
regarding specific factual information cf existing policy, for which no formal action will be
taken-

If, during the course cf the meeting and discussion cf any items covered by this notice, the
Fire Control, Prevention, and EMS [District Board of [Directors determines that a closed cr
executive session is required, then such closed meeting will be held as authorized by Texas
Government Code, Chapter 551. If a closed cr executive session is held, the Board will
reconvene in open session in order to take action, if necessary, cn the items addressed
