A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS,
DESIGNATING A CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE HOUSTON-GALVESTON AREA
COUNCIL (H-GAC) 2026 GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS;
FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The following is hereby designated as the alternate representative of the General Assembly of
the Houston -Galveston Area Council for the remainder of the year 2026:

2. The individual is hereby designated as the alternate representative to the Board of Directors of
the Houston -Galveston Area Council for the remainder of the year 2026.
3. The Executive Director of the Houston -Galveston Area Council be notified of the designation
of the hereinabove named alternate.
