Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TIRZ #1 Board of E3irectors/La Porte Redevelopment
Authority Board of Eirectors to be held on August 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council
Chamber, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following
agenda items_ All agenda items are subject to action-

If, during the course of the meeting and discussion of any items covered by this notice, the
TIRZ #1 Board of [Directors/La Porte Redevelopment Authority Board of directors
determines that a closed or executive session is required, then such closed meeting will be
held as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 _ If a closed or executive
session is held, the Board will reconvene in open session in order to take action, if
necessary, on the items addressed during executive session.
Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need auxiliary aids or
services are requested to contact the City Manager's Office (281-470-5013), three working
days prior to the meeting for appropriate arrangements.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551_127, on a regular, non-emergency basis,
members may attend and participate in the meeting remotely by video conference_ Should
that occur, a quorum of the members will be physically present at the location noted above
on this agenda.

NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF LA PORTE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AND THE LA PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE
NOTICE is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone
to be held Thursday,August 13,2026,at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall,604 West Fairmont Parkway, La
Porte,Texas,open to the public,to consider,discuss,and adopt such orders,resolutions or motions,and take direct actions as may be
necessary,convenient,or desirable,with respect to the following matters:
AGENDA
1. Determine Quorum;and Call to Order.
2. Receive public comments.
3. Approve Minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone meeting
held on July 9,2026.
4. Receive update and recommendations from HR Green Engineering:
a. Lakes at Fairmont Greens Detention.
i. Consider HR Green Supplemental Task Order for engineering services.
ii. Consider Pay Application No.5,Lakes at Fairmont Greens Detention,from Landmark Construction.
b. 16th Street Intersection
c. Main Street
5. Sylvan Beach Pier.
a. Consider Change Order No. 1,Sylvan Beach Pier,from Shirley&Sons Construction.
b. Consider Pay Application No. 5,Sylvan Beach Pier,from Shirley&Sons Construction.
6. Update regarding Little Cedar Bayou Park Pickle Ball Courts.
7. Receive Bookkeeper's Report and consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices.
8. Receive and discuss items for FY2027 Budget.
9. Discuss potential annexation.
10. Discuss and consider signage.
11. Receive updates from the city,developers,and staff about development within the Zone,including projects for FY2027.
12. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.072, Texas Government Code, to deliberate the purchase,
exchange,lease,value or appraisal of real property.
13. Reconvene in Open Session and authorize appropriate action with regard to purchase,exchange,lease,value or appraisal
of real property parcel containing 0.528 acres situated W 115ft of Lots 17 through 24,Block 1437,La Porte,TX,Hams
County.
