City of La Porte Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting Agenda Notice is hereby given of a Special Called Meeting of the La Porte Zoning Board of Adjustment to be held on January 10, 2013, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall Council Chambers, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, regarding the items of business according to the agenda listed below: 1. The applicant seeks a variance to allow one foot encroachment into the rear 15' building setback line, contrary to the provisions of Section 106-333 of the Code of Ordinances. The applicant seeks a variance to allow one foot encroachment into the rear setback line, contrary to the provisions of Section 106-333 of the Code of Ordinances.
