LANDSCAPE NOTES
1. "a' on plans indicates large boulders to be located at tips
of parking islands and drive-thru lanes as shown, if requested by
by owner. Field location to be verified with owner prior to
installation to avoid signage conflicts, etc. Adjust in field for
general intent.
2. Contractor to blend proposed sod into existing undisturbed
grass areas. Exact limits to be field verified.
3. If requested by owner, contractor to install landscape timbers
at location shown near drive-thru area at menu boards between
the seasonal color and the asion jasmine. Timbers are to be
placed side by side in an upright vertical position. Sink as
required for stability. Verify exact quantity with owner prior to
installation. If timbers are not requested by owner, substitute
with steel edging.
4. Contractor to verify location of existing utility lines prior to
installation of plant material. If a conflict exists, adjust the
location of plant material in field for general intent.
5. All landscape shall be irrigated by an underground
automatic pop-up type sprinkler system equipped with a rain
gauge, including right-of-way areas.
6. All landscape shall be constructed, installed, and maintained
so as not to obstruct the view of motorist between the street and
the access drives. Visibility triangle(s) shall remain unobstructed
at all limes.

7. The owner shall maintain all landscape areas, including right-
of-way, in a heathy and growing condition.
R. All landscape areas shall be protected from vehicular
encroachment by a concrete curb.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify to CNL INSTITUTIONAL
ADVISORS, INC., CNL NET LEASE INVESTORS, FOODMAKER, INC.,
AND LAWYERS TTLE INSURANCE CORPORATION that this print of
survey is based on the survey made by J. Garlyn Rainwater,
Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 4722, on April 22,
1996, and that this print of survey correctly shows the
location of all buildings, structures, improvements, utility
