land, called 10.004 acres described in a dead from Eddie V. Gray Trustee and
G. Decker MctOm, Trustee, to the La Porte Independent School District,
dated Maroh 23, 1979, recorded in Clerks File G036937, Official Records of
Real Property of Hartis County, Texas, (H.C.O.P.R.R.P.), and all of that certain
tract of land called 1.6857 acres described in a deed from Eddie V. Grey,
Trustee, to LaPorte Independent School District, recorded in C,F, S8320561
H.O O.P.R.R.P., and being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows, all bearinga and coordinates related to the Texas State Plane
Coordinate System, South Central Zone (NAD 83):
BEGINNING at a 5/8 Inch Iron rod set In the east line of Farrington Boulevard
(100 feet wide) marking the northwest comer hereof and said original tract
and the southwest comer of that certain tract described in a deed from
Thomas J. Sills, et ux to Thomas G. Sills, at ux, dated June 29,1983, recorded
in Clerks Flle J029197, H.C.O.P.R.R.P., said point having coordinate values of
X= 3,216,187.14 and Y=13,8D9,974.32;
THENCE, N 86° 54' O1• E, a distance of 149.50 feet, along the north line
hereof, to a 5/8' Iron rod found, as called, at a northeast comer hereof and
the southeast comer of said Thomas G. Sibs tract in the west line of that
certain tract called 17,500 square foot tract described in a deed from Eddie
V. Gray, Trustee, and G. Decker Mci ft Trustee, to Thomas Gregory Sills, at
ux, dated June 11,1990, recorded in Clerks File M680230, H.C.O.P.R.R.P, and
in a deed from Martha J. Sills to Thomas Gregory Sills, dated June 11,19900

THENCE, S 04° 18' SZ' E, a distance of 15.10 feet to a 5/8' Iron rod
found, as called, for an Interior comer hereof and the southwest comer of
said called 17,500 square foot tract;
THENCE, N 87° 02' Ot• E, at a distance of 125.70 feet pass a U2 inch Iron
rod found, as called for the southeast comer of said 17,500 square foot
tract an the southeast comer of that certain tract described in a deed
from Sophia Varley, et at to Alfred Guerra, at ux, dated April 27, 19959
recorded in Clerks File R372085, H.C.O.P.R.R.P, and continue in all a distance
of 457.68 feet to a drill hole made in concrete for the northeast comer
hereof and the southeast comer of that certain tract of land described in a
deed from Eddie V. Gray, Trustee, and G. Decker Mcift Trustee, to the City
of 1� Porte, dated April 28,1983; recorded in Clerks File H9446949
the west line of that certain tract of land, called 0,204 acre,
described in a deed from Eddie V. Gray, Trustee, to the City of La Porte,
dated December 22,1992, recorded in Clerks File P019937, H.C.O.P.R.R.P.;
THENCE, S 03° 02' 51" E, a distance of 7.37 feet, along the east line
hereof, to a 5/B Inch Iron rod found, as called, for the southeast comer of
sat! City of La Porte 0.204 acre tract and the lower northwest comer of said
called 1.6857 acre trail contained herein;
THENCE, N 88° 4T 58" E. a distance of 60.00 feet along the south line
of said called 0.204 acre tract and a north line hereof, too 1/2 Inch Iron rod

hereof and the east Tine of said called 0204 acre tract to a 1/21nch iron rod
found, as called, in the south line of Spencer Highway, for the most
northerly northwest comer hereof and of said called 1.6857 acre tract;
THENCE, N 88° 56' 15' E, a distance of 100.00 feet along the south line
of Spencer Highway, too 1/2 Inch iron rod found, as called, for the
northeast comer hereof and of said 1.6857 acre tract, said comer also
being a northwest comer of the residue of a tract, called 27.0567 (Tract 10),

THENCE, S 03° 03' 45" E, a distance of 148 00 feet leaving the south line
of Spencer Highway along the east line hereof, too 112 Inch Iron rod found,
as trelled for a comer in the east line hereof;
THENCE, S 09° 15' 59" W, a distance of 750.24 feet continuing along the
east Tine hereof to a 1/2 inch iron rod found for the southeast comer
hereof the southwest comer of said Gray residue tract the northwest
comer of lot 7, Block 29, of Fairmont Park Section 4, as recorded In Volume
285, Page 5, of the Harris County Map Records, and the northeast comer of
that certain tract of land called 6.498 acres,. described In a deed from W. T.

THENCE, abng the southerly line hereof along the are of a 3435.00 foot
radius, non -tangent curve to the left, having a central angle of 09° 51,

distance of 431.18 feet to a 5/8 Inch Iron rod set for a point of tangency;
