Highway 146, said X inch iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 1;
THENCE EAST, along the south right—of—way line of said West "A" Street,
together with the north line of said Lot 1, for a distance of 125.00 feet to a 518
Inch Iron rod found for corner;
THENCE SOUTH, along the east lines or Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9, for a
distance of 212.50 feet to a X inch iron rod found for corner,
THENCE WEST, along a line 12.50 feet south of and parallel to the north line of
