FINISHED SURFACE OF WHEELCHAIR RAMP IS TO BE DYED WITH BURNT RED COLORED DYE STAMPED WITH BRICK STYLE PATTERN AND TO BE ROUGHENED WITH NO LESS THAN A BROOM FINISH TO PREVENT SLIPPING. 18). THE LOCATION OF THE WHEELCHAIR RAMPS MAY BE SHIFTED FROM THE PROPOSED LOCATION ON THE PLANS BY OWNER IF IN THE OWNER'S OPINION A CHANGE IS NECESSARY. 19).
