FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION
BEING a 31.92 acre tract of land situated in the City of La Porte,
Harris County, Texas out of the Enoch Brinson Survey, Abstract Number 5
and being Lots 374, 375, 366 and a portion of Lots 365 and 376 of La
Porte Outlots as recorded in Volume 61, Page 374 of the Deed Records of
Harris County, Texas, also being the same land described as four (4)
tracts in Trustee's Deed to Texas Commerce Bank National Association,
recorded under Harris County Clerk's Pile No. K142895, said 31.92 acre
tract of land being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the southeasterly corner of
said Lot 375 and being in the northerly right-of-way line of Avenue "P"
(an 80 foot right-of-way);
THENCE with the northerly right-of-way line of Avenue "P" and the
southerly line of said Lots 375 and 374, South 89'59'00" West a distance
of 967.56 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the southwesterly corner
of said Lot 374;
THENCE departing the northerly right-of-way line of Avenue "P" and with
the westerly line of said Lot 374, North 00'04'00" West a distance of
905.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the northwesterly corner of
said Lot 374;
THENCE with the northerly line of said Lot 374, EAST a distance of
484.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the northeasterly corner of
said Lot 374, same being the southwesterly corner of said Lot 366;
THENCE with the westerly line of said Lot 366, North 00'02'00" West a
distance of 484.30 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the
northwesterly corner of said Lot 366;
THENCB with the northerly line of said Lots 366 and 365, EAST a distance
of 726':00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set in the northerly line of said
Lot 365;
THENCE departing the northerly line of said Lot 365, South 00'01'51"
East a distance of 1,158.95 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for
corner;
THENCE South 89'59'00" West a distance of 241.86 feet to a 5/8 inch iron
rod found for corner in the common line between said Lots 375 and 376;
THENCE with the common line between said Lots 375 and 376, South
00'01'51" East a distance of 230.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
CONTAINING a computed area of 31.92 acres of land within this
description.
OWNERS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We, Delecia Ann Puller and Johnny Kyle Wehba, being owners
hereinafter referred to as Owners of the 31.92 acre tract described in
the above and foregoing map of Denim a Diamonds Subdivision do hereby
make and establish said subdivision of said property according to all
lines, dedications, restrictions and notations on said maps or plat and
hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever, all streets (except
those streets designated as private streets), alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed; and do hereby bind myself
(or ourselves), my (or our) heirs, successors and assigns to warrant and
forever defend the title to the land so dedicated.
FURTHER, Owners have dedicated and by these presents do dedicate to
the use of the public for public utility purposes forever an
unobstructed aerial easement five (5) feet in width from a plane twenty
(20) feet above the ground level upward, located adjacent to all common
use public utility easements shown hereon.
FURTHER, Owners do hereby dedicate to the public a strip of land
fifteen (15). feet wide on each side of the high bank of any and all
bayous, creeks, gullies, ravines, draws, sloughs, or other natural
drainage courses located and depicted upon in said plat, as easements
for drainage purposes, giving the City of is Porte, Harris, County or
any other governmental agency, the right to enter upon said easement at
any and all times for the purposes of construction and maintenance of
drainage facilities and structures.
FURTHER, Owners do hereby covenant and agree that all of the
Property within the boundaries of this plat and adjacent to any drainage
easement, ditch, drainage ways and easements clear of fences, buildings,
planting and other obstructions to the operations and maintenance of the
drainage facility and that such abutting property shall not be permitted
to drain directly into this easement except by means of an approved
drainage structure.
FURTHER, the Owners certify that this replat does not attempt to
alter, amend or remove any covenants or restrictions.
