COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Restricted Reserve "A", In
Fairmont Park East, Section 10, a Subdivision in Harris County,
Texas, according to the Plat recorded under Film Code 300757296,
of Harris County, Texas,, and said point lying in the South right
of way line of Spencer Highway, 100 foot right of way;
THENCE East, along the North line of Restricted Reserve "A" and
the South right of way line of Spencer Highway, 100 foot right
of way, a distance of 509.54 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE S18012120"W, a distance of 192.22 feet to a point for
corner in the Northerly line of Block 3 of Fairmont Park East,
Section 10;
THENCE along the Northerly line of Lots 6, 7 8, 9, 10 and 11, in

direction, around said curve whose radius is 4245.00 feet, a

Know all men by these presents that I, EDDIE V. GRAY, Trustee, owner of the tract
compromising the property subdivided in the above and foregoing map of FAIRMONT
PARK EAST, SECTION TEN, RESERVES "A1", "A2" AND "AT', do hereby make
subdivision of said property according to the lines, streets, buildings lines, and
easements therein shown, and designate said subdivision as FAIRMONT PARK EAST,
SECTION TEN, RESERVES "A1", "A2" AND "AT', in the William M. Jones Survey, A-
482, La Porte, Harris County, Texas, and to the public use, as such, the streets and
easements shown thereon forever, and do hereby waive any claims for damages
occasioned by the alteration of the surface of any portion of streets or alleys to conform
to such grades and do hereby bind myself, my heirs and assigns, to warrant and defend
the title to the land so dedicated.
There is also dedicated for utilities an unobstructed aerial easement five (5) feet wide
from a plane twenty (20) feet above the ground upward, located adjacent to all
easements shown hereon, except storm sewer and underground easements. I further
covenant and agree with the City of La Porte and for any property owner that utility
easements shown in adjacent acreage are hereby established as shown.
FURTHER, all of the property subdivided in the above and foregoing map shall be
restricted in its use, which restrictions shall run with the title to the property and shall be
enforceable, at the option of the City of La Porte or any citizen thereof.
