COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of above referenes "Commercial
reserve "E", same being the intersection of the.Nortki right of way
line of Fairmont Parkway and the East right of way 1 ne of Old

THENCE North 18 degrees 12 minutes 20,seconds East, along the east
line of old Hickory Drive, 248.26 feet to the Northwest corner of
aforesaid -"Commercial Reserve "E" shown on the plat df Fairmont Park
East, as " Not Part of Subdivision",' plat filled in volume 306, page
69, Map records of Harris County, Texas;
THENCE East along the North line of aforesaid called "Commercial -
Reserve "E"•, a distance of 1,241.00 feet to a 3/8" iron rod at the
Place of Beginning of the tract -hereinafter described;
THENCE from said beginning. corner, continuing East along the North
line of called "Commercial Reserve"E", a distance of 55_00 feet to a
3/8" iron rod for.corner;
THENCE South 00 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of
233.18 feet to a 3/8" iron rod for corner in the Sout line of
aforesaid called "Commercial Reserve "E", said point Lying in the
North right of way line of Fairmont Parkway;
THENCE South 89 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West, a ong the South
line of aforesaid "Commercial Reserve "E" and along tie North right
of way line of Fairmont Parkway, a distance of 155.00 feet to a 3/8"
iron,rod for corner;
THNCE North 00 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of
