City Planning and Zoning Commission, authorized Beverly
Kaufmann+ County Clerk of Harris County or her authorized
deputy to return the original recorded map or plat of said
subdivision only to the Director of the City of Lo Porte's
Planning Department or to his authorized Representative, who
shall file such original recorded map or plat in the permanent
record of the epartment.

an officer of WPT PROPERTIES V, LTD., owner hereinafter
referred to as Owners (whether one or more) of the 7.2607
acre tract described in the above and foregoing map of LA
PORTE SELF STORAGE of hereby make and establish such
subdivision of said property according to all lines, dedications,
restrictions and notations on said maps or plat and hereby
100 dedicate to the use of the public forever, all streets (except
those streets designated as private streets) alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places shown-
thereon for the purposes and considerations therein expressed;
and do_ hereby bind_ myself, my heirs, successors and assigns
to warrant and forever defend the title of the land so
dedicated.
FURTHER, Owners have dedicated and by these presents do
dedicateto the use of the public for public utility purposes
forever an unobstructed aerial easement five (5) feet in width
from a plane twenty (20) feet above the ground level upward
located adjacent to all common use public utility easements
Fnd. 1/2" I.R. shown hereon.
FURTHER, Owners do hereby declare that all parcels of land
designated as lots on this plat are originally intended for the
construction of commercial facilities thereon and shall be
restricted for same under the terms and conditions of such
restrictions filed separately.
