I, Richard G. Desmuke hereinafter referred to as owner of the
1.5082 acre tract described in the above and foregoing map of
LANDING STRIP do here by make and establish said subdivision
of said property according to all lines, dedications, restrictions
and notations on said maps or plat and hereby dedicated
to the use of the public forever, all streets (except those streets
designated as private streets), alley parks, water courses, drains,
easements, and public places shown therein for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed; and do hereby bind myself,
my heirs, successors and assigns to warrant and forever
defend the title to the land so dedicated.
FURTHER, Owners have dedicated and by these presents do dedicate
to the use of the public for public utility purpose forever an
unobstructed aerial easement five (5) feet width from a plane
twenty (20) feet above the ground level upward, located adjacent
to all common use public utility easements shown hereon.
FURTHER, Owners do hereby declare that alll parcels of land
designated as lots on this plat are originally intended for the
construction of commercial businesses thereon and shall be
restricted for the some under the terms and conditions of such
restrictions filed separately.

THENCE East, along the South line of Spencer Highway, a distance
of 500.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found at the East corner
of a 50,534 square foot tract conveyed to Tuan M. Hoang by
instrument recorded under Clerk's File No. U656652, and the POINT
OF BEGINNING:
THENCE East, continuing East, along the South line of Spencer
Highway a distance of 260.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set;
THENCE South 252.68 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set on the North
line of Block 39 of Fairmont Park East Section 4 — Phase Four C,
as recorded in Vol. 378, Pg. 49, H.C.M.R.;
THENCE West, along the boundary line of Fairmont Park East
Section 4 — Phase Four C and Four B, a distance of
260.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found at the Southeast corner
of said Tuan M. Hoang Tract;
THENCE North, along the East line of said Tuan M. Hoang Tract,
a distance of 252.68 feet to the P.O.B. and contains a

1. Upon development of this block of land sidewalks shall be constructed
