I, Roy L. Metz, President, Metz Construction Inc., owner of the property subdividnd of
the foregoing map of Loc Loma Section I, do hereby make subdivision of said property, and ease-
ment therein shown and dedicate said subdivision as Loc Loma Section I, in the Enoch Brinson
Survey, Abstract No. 5, an addition to the City of Lomax, Harris County, Texas and dedicate to
the public use as such the streets and easements shown thereon f:•rever; and do hereby waive any
claims for damage occasioned by the establishing of grades as approved for the streets dedicated
or occasioned by the alteration of the surfaces of any portion of the streets to conform to
such grades; and do hereby bind myself, my heirs and assigns to Tarrant and forever defend the
title to the land so dedicated. There is also dedicated for ut lities an unobstructed aerial
easement five (5) feet wide from a plane twenty (20) feet above the ground upward located ad-
jacent to all easements shown hereon.

for residential purposes unless otherwise noted
