Being a 1,1892 acre tract of land out of Block 168, Town of
La Porte, Johnson Hunter Survey, A-35, Harris County, Texas,
as recorded under Volume 58, at Page 460, of the Harris
County Deed Records, and being all of Lots 1 thru 7 and Lots
26 thru 32, the 16 foot wide alley between these lots as
vacated, abandoned and closed by City of La Porte Ordinance
No, 1177, and the East one-half of South 12th, Street
adjacent to Lots 1 thru 7, as vacated, abandoned and closed
by City of La Porte Ordinance No, 96-2089, said 1,1892 acre
tract being more particularly described as follows,
BEGINNING at a point for the Northeast corner of this 1,1892
acre tract, at the point of intersection of the South right-
of-way line of West 'H' Street with the West right-of-way
line of State Highway No, 146 (formerly South 11th, Street),
a 1/2' Iron rod was found North 0 degrees 03 minutes 10
seconds East a distance of 0,12 feet,
THENCE, South 03 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West,
coincident with the West right-of-way line of State Highway
No. 146, and the East line of Block 168, a distance of
175.00 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this
1,1892 acre tract, a 1/2' iron rod was found South 87
degrees 44 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance of 0.11 feet5
THENCE, North 86 degrees 58 minutes 17 seconds West,
coincident with the South tine of Lot 26 and Lot 7, and the
North line of Denny's Classic Diner Subdivision as recorded
under Harris County Clerk's File No, 434136, a distance of
296,00 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this
1.1892 acre tract, a 112' Iron rod was found North 86
degrees 58 minutes 17 seconds West, a distance of 0.12
feet,
THENCE, North 03 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East,
coincident with the West tine of this 1,1892 acre tract and
the East line of the Kroger - Fairmont Parkway Center
Subdivision as recorded in Volume 383 at Page 145 of the
Harris County Map Records, a distance of 175,00 feet to a
1/2' iron rod found for the Northwest corner of this 1.1892
acre tract, said point being In the South right -of way line
of West 'H' Streetj
THENCE, South 86 degrees 58 Minutes 17 seconds East,
coincident with the North line of Lot 1 and Lot 32, and the
South right-of-way line of West 'H' Street, a distance of
296.00feet to the PINT OF BEGINNING.
